Production Coordinator

We are looking for an industrious tech-savvy individual with design and construction experience to work closely with our team to create beautiful award winning homes. This individual must be able to absorb new information rapidly, take the initiative, and thrive in the fast-paced field of construction.   • Thorough knowledge of construction trades and scheduling
  • Solid remodeling exposure
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once
  • Ability to read blueprints with an understanding of architectural drawings
  • Complete Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Cloud based software experience
  • Experience in a professional environment (preferably construction industry)
  • Design experience Chief Architect/Home Designer preferred
  • Knowledge of building materials and common brands
  • Strong organizational and communication skills


The Production Coordinator will be responsible for material take-offs, quotes and job cost estimating. They will also be a main hub of communication for each project between subcontractors, vendors, sales reps, designers and the Cowdin team. The Production Coordinator will also order all approved materials for jobs. They will work with the designers and Production Manager early in the design process to eliminate potential design issues, create shop drawings and assist with value engineering. The Production Coordinator will also manage the scheduling software for all work. This is an office-based position which may require occasional site or vendor visits. Strong customer service and communication skills are a must. Training will be provided as needed for the correct individual.

Compensation: Based on experience.
